This series of logos was created for the Hudson Valley Inn, an upstate retreat from NYC that offers a spectacular view any time of the year with a bar and restaurant so visitors never have to leave, and won't want to.
Hudson Valley Inn
The Half Moon was inspired by the expeditions of Henry Hudson for who the region is named. Half Moon was the name of the ship Hudson traveled on as he explored North America.
Hudson Valley Inn
1609 was year that Henry Hudson discovered what we now call the Hudson Valley. This logo was created for the upscale bar of the same name at the Hudson Valley Inn.
Text Manipulation
This experiment in type manipulation involved creating vector objects from text to create a visual representation of "frightful."
Self-Promotional Logo
A designer should have a logo to spearhead their design approach. This concept was based on a typographic design using my initials which lend themselves to such a treatment.
